4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time.

We currently accept payment via PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All transactions are processed securely through SSL-encrypted payment gateways.

5. Order Processing

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders with pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock unavailability.

You will receive an order confirmation email after your purchase. Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Processing time may be extended during peak periods or holidays.

6. Shipping

Standard shipping is available at a flat rate of $10.99 for all US orders. Orders over $50 qualify for free standard shipping. Express shipping options are available at checkout.

US orders are delivered within 7–14 business days from the date of dispatch. International orders may take 15–20 business days depending on destination. Tracking information is emailed upon dispatch. Vevo Wix is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond our control.

7. Returns & Refunds

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached. Returns require prior authorization — please contact [email protected] before sending any item back.

Refunds are processed within 10–15 business days after the returned item is received and inspected. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Unauthorized returns may be refused and returned to sender. For full details, see our Refund & Return Policy.

8. Cancellations

Order cancellations are accepted within 2 hours of placing your order. A 10% processing fee will be deducted from the refunded amount. After 2 hours, orders enter processing and cannot be cancelled.

All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, product designs, images, and software — is the exclusive property of Vevo Wix or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
